Meet with our investment specialist. Sign-up, complete your KYC and accreditation to activate your MaGiC relationship.

Deal selection

Select the deal(s) that fit your investment thesis. Review the company pitch, management team, domain, location, risk parameters and terms.

QnA session

Make sure you understand what the company you’re investing in is offering you by reviewing the deal terms, pitch materials, and understanding the risks associated with the investment.

Commit to a deal

Choose your investment amount and payment method. We’ll send you the required subscription agreement and wiring details.

Transaction

Initiate transfer of your funds funds by approaching your bankers/ authorised dealers. On satisfying respective regulatory requirements, you will be able to transfer funds as an equity investment in an approved SPV in the destination country.

Portfolio

Track your investments through a secured login. Receive monthly and quarterly reports of your portfolio via email and whatsapp. Get answers to your investment from our investor relations officers.

Returns / Exit

Receive the distribution from the investment made on periodic basis. Exit the deal as a wealthy you.

Choose your investment amount and payment method. Review the agreement and initiate the transaction through your bankers/ authorised dealers. Once regulatory requirements are satisfied, transfer funds as an equity investment in an approved SPV in the destination country.

Track your investments through a secured login. Receive monthly and quarterly reports of your portfolio via email and Whatsapp. Get answers to your questions from our investor relations officers.

Access tax and compliance reports on the website as it pertains to your investment for filing returns in your respective domicile countries.
